Zachary Schurin to Speak at the National Business Institute on Social Media and Cyberbullying  

Attorney Zachary Schurin, an attorney in Pullman & Comley’s School Law practice, will present at the seminar School Law: Social Media and Apps, Cyberbullying, Privacy and Other Technology Issues hosted by the National Business Institute. The seminar will address when and how can a school regulate social media use by staff, students and parents; what is the extent of a school's responsibility to address cyberbullying; and how far can they go without overstepping their bounds during investigations and disciplinary actions.
