Pullman & Comley's Labor & Employment law practice's annual Working Together Webinar Series, covering a variety of topics relating to human resources, labor and employment issues, will continue on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

Attorneys Megan Youngling Carannante and Zachary Zeid will cover some of the most frequent issues employers faced in 2023, and provide action steps they can implement in the new year to avoid common pitfalls. Topics to be covered include:

  • steps to take in light of new developments from the National Labor Relations Board
  • managing ADA, FMLA, and other leave issues, including when and how to effectively request medical documentation
  • tips for addressing chronic tardiness and absenteeism
  • pregnancy-related accommodations and leaves of absence
  • how to recognize substance impairment at work, and what to do about it
  • properly investigating and addressing harassment and discrimination claims
