Hon. Lynda B. Munro (ret.) and Hon. Anne C. Dranginis Lead Relocation Cases Workshop at AFCC Symposium

Judge Lynda B. Munro (ret.) and Judge Anne C. Dranginis (ret.) led a discussion on "Relocation Cases - Judging the Impossible" at the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts' 13th Symposium on Child Custody on November 9 in Denver, Colorado.  The session helped judges to recognize the dilemmas in these difficult matters, attorneys to sharpen their legal and strategic skills, and mental health professionals to understand the nuanced evidence and concerns that inform judges so that they shape their analysis to assist the court in fashioning relief.
