Attorney Lee D. Hoffman Presents at the New England Section of the Air & Waste Management Association

Lee D. Hoffman, chair of the firm's Environmental, Energy and Telecommunications practice, conducted a "New Source Review  Reform Workshop" for the New England Section of the Air & Waste Management Association on October 11 in Boston.

The morning workshop addressed the steps already taken by the EPA to change the policies and rules regarding New Source Review and Prevention of Significant Deterioration permits.  Because the administration has vowed to make permitting easier and faster, this workshop also reviewed the suggestions and complaints of the permitting community and steps they would like to see to make Clean Air Act New Source Permits easier to obtain.
