On January 1, 2026, Connecticut’s Paid Sick Leave statute expands to cover all employers with at least 11 employees. In this first session, Attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann will cover the fundamentals of Connecticut Paid Sick Leave as well as how it interacts with Connecticut and Federal Family Medical Leave Act Leave, with Attorney Megan Y. Carannante moderating the discussion. Employers will learn what they need to know to be compliant with these statutes and avoid common mistakes.
