The New Title IX Regulations in K12 Schools

Pullman & Comley School Law attorney Melinda Kaufmann will address, via Zoom video, the sweeping changes on how school districts will investigate and address sexual harassment allegations resulting from the new Title IX regulations that go into effect on August 14, 2020.
