National Association of Water Companies Annual Summit

Pullman & Comley Regulatory, Energy, and Telecommunications partner Fred Klein was a moderator for a panel of financial experts during the Finance & Capital Markets segment at the 2014 National Association of Water Companies (NAWC) Annual Summit.  Fred discussed issues associated with establishing the appropriate rate of return for water companies and financing water infrastructure investments with cost of capital experts and capital market analysts.
