International Aspects of the Attorney-Client Privilege and Ethical Duty of Confidentiality

Attorney David Atkins was a speaker at a program on international aspects of attorney regulation at the 6th international meeting of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL)  held in Istanbul, Turkey.  He was one of five speakers, including a Turkish attorney, on a panel comparing the attorney-client privilege and the ethical duty of confidentiality under U.S., European, and Turkish law.
