Fraud and Compliance Forum

Pullman & Comley White Collar, Criminal Defense and Health Care attorney Alan Sobol presented at the American Health Lawyers Association's Annual Fraud and Compliance Forum.  Alan discussed "'Responsible:" An Old Word with a Potentially New Meaning For All Organizations: The Responsible Corporate Officer Doctrine.' The topic discussed was the emerging trend of criminal prosecution of health care officers and directors for misconduct committed by their subordinates.
