Connecticut Solid Waste Management - The Transition Update

Pullman & Comley Environmental and Litigation attorney Chris McCormick was a speaker and panelist on "Connecticut Solid Waste Management - The Transition Update," presented on October 3, 2014, by the Connecticut Chapter of the Environmental Business Council New England, Inc. Chris presented an update on recent legislation mandating reorganization of Connecticut solid waste management authorities and revision of the state solid waste management plan, with the goal of achieving 60% recycling within ten years.
