CBA Joint Meeting with Family Law Section and Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section

Pullman & Comley Family Law attorney Richard Pober was a panelist at the Connecticut Bar Association joint meeting of the Family Law Section and Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Sections. The panelists discussed various topics including: the automatic stay provisions of the bankruptcy code and how they affect divorce proceedings, the State and Family Appellate rules, non-dischargeable debts as they relate to spouses and former spouses, effectively allocating credit card debt in a divorce, domestic support obligations and the issue of multiple divorces.
