SEMINAR: Building a Solid Foundation–Managing Law Practice Risk

Pullman & Comley attorney David P. Atkins was among the speakers at this program sponsored by CNA Insurance as part of the Connecticut Bar Association's Annual Meeting. This seminar offered practical tips for attorneys to incorporate into their practices to help minimize risk from malpractice claims, more than half of which arise from common practice areas, according to CNA claim statistics.
