Basics for Business Owners and Bankers

Pullman & Comley and BlumShapiro hosted "Bankruptcy Basics for Business Owners and Bankers."  The speakers for the program included Pullman & Comley Bankruptcy attorneys Elizabeth Austin and Irve Goldman, as well as Rich Finkel and Nancy Gregory from BlumShapiro.

Liz spoke about the overview of bankruptcy and Irve discussed the Chapter 7 process.  This program provided a clear and practical overview of the bankruptcy process, with an emphasis on the issues and methods of protection in a bankruptcy proceeding.
