Bankruptcy 101

Elizabeth Austin, Chair of Pullman & Comley's Bankruptcy Section, and Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights attorney Irve Goldman spoke at a seminar hosted by the Fairfield County Bar Association. Liz discussed the overview of bankruptcy and Irve spoke on the Chapter 11 process.  This program provided a clear and practical overview of the bankruptcy process, with an emphasis on the issues and methods of protection in a bankruptcy proceeding.
