SEMINAR: A Primer for Attorneys Serving on Nonprofit Boards

This seminar was designed for attorneys who practice nonprofit law, as well as for attorneys who currently hold or are considering holding a position at a nonprofit organization.  Pullman & Comley Professional Liability attorney David P. Atkins was one of the panelists for this program.  He addressed the ethical implications and the scope of the attorney-client privilege when an attorney serves as a board member of an entity represented by the attorney's law firm.
