Pullman & Comley Environmental Law and Litigation attorney Gary O'Connor was a speaker at the Community Redevelopment Workshop presented by the Connecticut Main Street Center.  Gary discussed the important role of municipalities in brownfield redevelopment, recent brownfield successes and State financial and technical assistance.
