The Rights of Respondents During the Investigation of Alleged Sexual Harassment

In the February 9 Title IX on the Nines webinar, Education Law attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann will cover the rights of Respondents during the investigation of alleged sexual harassment. Respondents, who are presumed not responsible until found responsible at the end of the grievance process, have rights under Title IX. This webinar will explore the recent Second Circuit case ruling on a Respondent's Title IX law suit as well as look at what Title IX and the courts say as far as the due process rights of Respondents.
