Judge John D. Moore (Ret.) to Preside over Mock Mediation at UConn Law

Retired Judge John D. Moore, a member of Pullman & Comley’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice, will preside over a mock mediation at UConn Law School’s ADR class on Thursday, March 21.

The class covers the various available means, short of litigation, of resolving disputes, and covers negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and "mixed' dispute resolution processes. Students participate in short mock negotiations and mediation exercises to gain a better understanding of mediation and arbitration.
