Attorney Michael A. Kurs, a member of Pullman & Comley's Health Care and Litigation practices, chaired a program on the False Claims Act at a recent meeting of the Connecticut Bar Association's Health Law Section.  The panel included representatives of the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General and of the United States Attorney's Office, District of Connecticut.
