Data Breach - Are You Protected? Managing Your Risks - Controlling the Consequences
The Hartford County Bar Association hosted this special event for attorneys and paralegals and qualifies for 2 CLE credits. The program outlined the complexities of a possible data breach: determining potential legal and reputational exposures, mitigating risk, insurance considerations, and interpreting changing laws.
This interactive session features five diverse panelists, including Steve Bonafonte who is a member of Pullman & Comley's Corporate and Business Department and Cybersecurity, Privacy and Infrastructure Protection practice section. Steve spoke about the legal issues surrounding Data Breaches.
