Christopher McCormack Featured Panelist at 2018 National Air & Waste Management Association Meeting

Pullman & Comley attorney Christopher McCormack, a member of the Environmental Law and Litigation practice, participated in two technical sessions at the Air & Waste Management Association's Annual Conference in Hartford. In the first session, Chris was a panelist for "Managing Corporate Liability for Nanotechnology: Legal Perspectives, Prospects, and Developments." This program explored the applicability, limitations and uncertainties of statutes, regulations, standards and practices as potential sources of liability associated with nanotechnology. It also explored conclusions and best practices to anticipate, avoid and manage liability.

Chris was also a panelist for the "Advanced Environmental Due Diligence with ASTM Site Assessment Standards." This technical session explored the ASTM standards development process, reviewed standards particularly useful for conducting environmental due diligence, and highlighted current developments in environmental assessment standards.
