Mark Sommaruga to Speak on New Developments in FOIC Decisions

Pullman & Comley Municipal Law Attorney Mark J. Sommaruga will lead the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys webinar, “New Developments in FOIC Decisions: Civil Penalties; Who Pays the Fine; and Vexatious Requestors,” with Russell Blair, Director of Education and Communication for the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission. The program will discuss recent developments related to Freedom of Information matters and provide general insights for municipal attorneys and public officials.
