Mark Sommaruga to Speak on Employee Discipline Issues at the Connecticut Association for Community Transportation Expo

Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits attorney Mark Sommaruga will be leading a workshop at the Connecticut Association for Community Transportation Expo, focused on employee discipline and grievances.

Mark will discuss issues concerning employee discipline in a public/unionized setting, and the need for following appropriate procedures to ensure that the employees' rights are protected and that any discipline can be sustained, should it be challenged.
