Lee Hoffman Discusses Energy Policy on Connecticut Environmental Forum Panel

Attorney Lee D. Hoffman, co-chair of Pullman & Comley’s Real Estate, Energy, Environmental and Land Use practice, took part in a panel discussion hosted by the Connecticut Environmental Forum for its membership on June 7, 2022, on the topic of “Climate Adaptation in the Age of Infrastructure Replacement.”

The panelists, who also included representatives from the Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, together with other industry and policy professionals, considered the topics looking ahead over the next ten years.

Lee spoke specifically on “Energy Policy and Reality – Do they Match Up?” Other topics covered by the panel include the outlook for transportation, what’s likely to develop in terms of environmental policy, challenges and opportunities for environmental practitioners, and what municipalities can expect.
