Kristin Mayhew to Speak on Director & Officer Liability and Insurance Issues

Pullman & Comley Bankruptcy Attorney Kristin B. Mayhew will join the panel “Director & Officer Liability and Insurance Issues,” presented by the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. The panel will discuss how, in some bankruptcies, causes of action against directors and officers may constitute one of the most significant assets of the estate, and the complexities these matters present involving debtors, directors and officers, insurers, and creditors or creditors’ committees. Topics will include:
