Her session will cover what every restaurant owner needs to know about hiring and retaining a lawful workforce, including Form I-9 compliance, common visa options for restaurant employees, preparing for and responding to ICE audits or investigations, and proactive strategies to reduce immigration-related risks. Attendees will learn how to stay compliant while building a dependable, diverse, and legally authorized team.
