Frederic Lee Klein to Moderate Panel at Spring 2022 National Association of Water Companies New England Chapter Meeting

Frederic Lee Klein, chair of the Energy and Utilities Section of Pullman & Comley's Regulatory, Energy and Telecommunications practice, will moderate a panel discussion at the 2022 Annual Spring Chapter Meeting of the National Association of Water Companies New England Chapter.

Fred, who has more than 30 years of experience in the energy, water and utility industries, will oversee a conversation with members of the energy and financial services sectors surrounding "Interest Rates, Cost of Equity and Rate Design," focusing on implications relevant to water companies.
