Donald Anderson to Moderate a Discussion on the Supreme Court's Decision in Loper Bright
Pullman & Comley Labor & Employment Attorney Donald J. Anderson will moderate a panel presented by the Connecticut Bar Association titled, “Chevron’s Sunset, Loper Bright’s Sunrise: A New Era in Federal Employment and Labor Law.” The program will examine the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Loper Bright and its doctrinal shift away from Chevron deference. Panelists will explore how courts, federal agencies and practitioners have navigated this evolving legal landscape over the past year and a half, with particular focus on the employment and labor law implications.
The event is open to both members and non-members of the Connecticut Bar Association and may be of particular interest to federal judges, law clerks and attorneys practicing before the federal courts, as well as labor and employment attorneys, human resources professionals and law students interested in federal practice and labor and employment law.
