Attorney Rachel Ginsburg Presented at National Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit

Pullman & Comley attorney Rachel L. Ginsburg, an attorney in the Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits and Litigation departments, was a featured presenter at the Second Annual National Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) ExecuSummit on April 12, 2016. Rachel was a co-panelist discussing Federal Leave and Disability laws in a session titled, "Where FMLA Expires and ADA Protections Begin: Employers Continuing Obligations to Accommodate."
