Title IX on the Nines Webinar Series: It's Back to School with Title IX on the Nines!

Join Education Law attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann as we kick off the 2025–26 school year with a new series of Title IX on the Nines webinars on October 10 at 9:00 a.m.

In this session, Melinda will cover developments from the past few months, including updates on legal challenges to the Executive Orders affecting Title IX issues, and exactly who is affected by these challenges. She will also discuss what schools need to know about current Title IX policies and procedures and ensuring that staff are properly trained.
