2026 Title IX on the Nines Webinar Series: It's Back to School with Title IX on the Nines!

Join Pullman & Comley Education Law attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann as we kick off the 2026–27 school year with a new series of Title IX on the Nines webinars on October 9 at 9:00 a.m.

In this session, Melinda will cover developments from the past few months, including updates on legal challenges to Title IX related executive orders and court decisions and how schools need to adapt to these changes. She will also discuss what schools need to know about current Title IX policies and procedures and ensuring that staff are properly trained and ready to address Title IX issues that may arise.
