Nancy Mather

Nancy Mather assists members of Pullman & Comley in a variety of functions including as a paralegal to the Public Finance team in conjunction with the issuance of general obligation and revenue bond financings on behalf of Connecticut towns and cities, the State of Connecticut, the University of Connecticut and other state and municipal authorities. Her experience includes managing complex closings, preparing project authorization proceedings and bond commission agenda and minutes; drafting and reviewing Official Statements and other disclosure documents; and drafting closing documents.
