Elizabeth P. Simonetti

Elizabeth P. Simonetti has worked in the firm’s Property Valuation Department since 1994. She has 30+ years of paralegal experience in ad valorem real and personal property tax matters involving commercial properties. These include property tax assessment appeals and condemnation/ eminent domain appeals. Betsy has experience with appeals in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. She also assists tax appeal clients with preparing local filings such as annual income and expense reports, personal property declarations, quadrennial reports, and exemption applications.
