Gianela Gutierrez

Gianela Gutierrez is a paralegal in the firm's Trusts & Estates Department with more than 20 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration and real estate matters. Her background includes supporting attorneys in the administration of complex estates and trusts across Connecticut and New York, including coordinating financial documentation, regulatory filings and asset valuation analysis. She also assists with probate and trust administration matters, federal and Connecticut estate tax returns, pensions, annuities and retirement accounts, as well as the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives.
