Martin Hochstadt

As Pullman & Comley's Executive Director, Martin Hochstadt is responsible for strategic planning and working with the firm to achieve its organizational goals, as well as for developing and implementing its administrative policies.  He oversees all firm business administration, including financial management, information services, human resources including legal and non-legal staff recruiting, salary administration, training, new attorney and staff orientation, staff performance evaluations, counseling, guidance and supervision for secretarial and paralegal staff, marketing, administrative systems and procedures and office services/facilities functions, by supervising the personnel who have day-to-day responsibility over these areas.
