The Case for Public and Academic Shared Libraries in Connecticut

Pullman & Comley’s Geoff Fay, a partner in the Real Estate department, recently wrote an article in the CT Mirror on joint use libraries, focusing on the advantages of a joint project between UConn and the Hartford Public Library. Geoff, who was involved in the UConn/HPL project, says, “At a time when many municipalities, public libraries, and institutions of higher education across Connecticut are experiencing budgetary constraints, similar synergistic and cost-saving arrangements can benefit college students, public school students and taxpayers.”
