Steve Stafstrom Quoted in The New York Times on Investigation into Traffic Stop Records

Pullman & Comley Attorney Steve Stafstrom, a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice who also serves as a Connecticut state representative and co-chair of the General Assembly’s Judiciary Committee, was quoted in a New York Times article covering an investigation into apparently falsified traffic stop records by Connecticut state troopers.

A recent audit discovered that more than 100 Connecticut state troopers may have filed false reports of traffic stops, possibly to enhance the internal statistics used to measure their performance.
