Pullman & Comley Assists in $291 Million State Bioscience Project

Pullman & Comley attorney John Stafstrom, Jr. was noted as the bond counsel who finalized the memorandum of understanding between the State of Connecticut and Maine-based, Jackson Laboratory in an article in The Connecticut Post.  The 10-year-long bond issuance agreement will allow Jackson Laboratory to build a $1-billion new genome research facility on the campus of the State of Connecticut Health Center, which Governor Malloy estimates could create 6,800 jobs over the next 20 years.
