IN THE NEWS: Mark Sommaruga Speaks On 2013 Referendum Case

Pullman & Comley School Law attorney Mark Sommaruga was quoted in an article titled, "Waterbury Judge Upholds 2013 Referendum."  The article explains the Waterbury Superior Court judge's decision against the overturn of a 2013 referendum regarding the renovation of Nonnewaug High School and ruling in favor of Regional School District No. 14.

According to Mark, who represented the District in the litigation: "The courts have now spoken loud and clear ... I hope this is the end of this."
