Lee Hoffman Comments On Hazardous Waste Disposal

After the town of Killingly, Connecticut ordered the current owner of the Prym Mill complex to demolish its buildings, the question of who is responsible for the site’s environmental cleanup still remains.  Pullman & Comley Attorney Lee Hoffman commented that “prior owners and prior operators can be liable for the discharge of hazardous substances during the time they owned and operated there.”
