Lee Hoffman Comments About Storm Response Laws

In "Storm Response Law Demands Smart Investment, Critical Protection,"  reporter Brad Kane writes about the Connecticut's Two-Storm panel's recommendations to Governor Malloy and the General Assembly about improving the state's preparedness for emergencies in the wake of two widespread power outages that occurred in August and October 2011.

According to Pullman & Comley Environmental attorney Lee Hoffman, a member of the Two Storm Panel, "My concern is 10 years from now when we are looking for places to cut in the budget, no one is going to remember October 2011.”
