John F. Stafstrom Comments on Connecticut's Opportunity Zones

Attorney John F. Stafstrom, chair of Pullman & Comley’s Government Finance practice, was quoted in a Hartford Business.com article, "The Door Widens to 'Opportunity Zones' Amid Concerns About Impact."  John is part of a Pullman team dedicated to Opportunity Zones (OZs), which were created to leverage tax-deferred investments and spur business-development in the nations' neediest communities, including 27 Connecticut municipalities.
