11:45 - 12:45 p.m. on August 17 and 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. on August 18
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Lee D. Hoffman, co-chair of Pullman & Comley's Environmental and Brownfield Redevelopment practices, will be speaking at two sessions at The National Brownfields 2022 conference in Oklahoma City.

On Wednesday, August 17 Lee will lead his first discussion, "Whose Bright Idea Was It to Put Solar Panels on a Brownfield?" and will address how communities seeking to reuse brownfield sites productively may successfully develop renewable energy projects on these large tracts of land.

On Thursday, August 18 Lee will be one of two speakers discussing some of the most active topics surrounding economic and environmental developments in 2021 in the session "Hot Topics for Remediation and Revitalization."

The National Brownfields Training Conference is the largest event in the nation focused on environmental revitalization and economic redevelopment.  Held every two years, the National Brownfields Conference attracts more than 2,000 stakeholders in brownfields redevelopment and cleanup to share knowledge about sustainable reuse and celebrate the EPA brownfields program's success.
