RCRA, CERCLA and Nanotechnology

Christopher P. McCormack, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Environmental Law Section, was a panelist on the American Bar Association's Quick Teleconference on "RCRA, CERCLA and Nanotechnology." Mr. McCormack spoke on the application of CERCLA, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, to discarded or released nanomaterials. Other speakers addressed waste regulation considerations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act as well as use of nanomaterials in remediation applications.
