Sebastian D'Acunto to Speak on the Probate Process in Connecticut

Pullman & Comley Trusts and Estates attorney, Sebastian D'Acunto will take part in a panel at the Connecticut Bar Association's 2024 Federal Tax Institute of New England seminar, a program covering trending topics in tax and estates and probate law. Seby's panel will provide an overview of the probate process in Connecticut, including when probate might be required depending on types of assets and titling of assets, different types of probate estates depending on value of assets, and understanding use of forms and procedures and tax issues before probate courts.
