Sebastian D'Acunto Presented on Key Aspects to Building an Estate Plan

Trusts and Estates Attorney Sebastian D’Acunto led a webinar discussion for members of the Archer Memorial AME Zion Church on the basics of trusts and estates planning.  The presentation, “Serving Our Flock,” focused on key aspects to consider when building an estate plan.  He also provided an explanation of the key elements included in plans, such as a last will and testament, various types of trusts, living wills, powers of attorney and probate. There were more than 100 participants who attended the webinar.
