SEMINAR: The Probate Process From Start To Finish

Pullman & Comley Trusts and Estates attorney Kelly O'Donnell spoke at a seminar for the Institute for Paralegal Education.  The seminar gave an overview of a successful probate experience for paralegals.  Kelly specifically discussed how to deal with a spouse's elective shares, as well as how to close the estate.
