SEMINAR: Public or Private? A Frank Discussion about Disclosure of Environmental Test Results

Pullman & Comley attorney Lee D. Hoffman was a moderator at this session of EPA's Brownfields 2011 Conference, which featured a lively debate between two advocates who argue that environmental test results should be provided to regulators and two advocates who favor keeping such data confidential. The discussion continued the national debate on the issue, which has an impact on many environmental decisions as well as the All Appropriate Inquiry Rule.
