SEMINAR: Energy Performance Contracts Explained

Pullman & Comley's Environmental, Energy and Telecommunications Department hosted a breakfast roundtable with ECG Engineering, P.C. that discussed developments in energy performance contracts.  Topics included a description of Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC), recent history of ESPC legislation in Connecticut, typical energy savings measures and other key issues.
