SEMINAR: Effective Use of Financial Professionals in Chapter 11

Pullman & Comley Attorney Irve J. Goldman, a partner in the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice, led a panel covering business, operational, financial and accounting issues typically confronted in Chapter 11 cases, such as financial reporting to creditors and the court, cash collateral and cash budgeting issues, development of a business and Chapter 11 plan and supporting the plans with credible financial analysis.  The panel was part of the "Expert Series" hosted by the Turnaround Management Association.
